MUST-Make SALMON WITH MUSTARD SAUCE (gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free)
Updated: Nov 4
This is the salmon recipe you need in your busy fall arsenal! It's quick, easy, healthy, and can be served hot, room temp, or chilled. The sauce comes together with a few staple ingredients and doesn't even need to be heated. What's not to love about all that?
Even better, it's totally SCALE-able so you can whip up lunch for one or an impressive platter for a party.😁
I served this juicy hunk of salmon over some warm roasted cabbage. So good with that mustard sauce!
Must-Try SALMON WITH MUSTARD SAUCE (gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free)

✔️ Season the salmon with avocado oil and salt.
✔️ Seal the salmon in the aluminum foil and bake for 10-15 minutes until the salmon is almost cooked through (the time will depend on the size/thickness of your fillet).
✔️ Change the oven setting to broil and finish baking the salmon uncovered for ~5 minutes.
✔️ While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sauce.
