KETO SPICY CUMIN LAMB NOODLES (gluten-free, keto, grain-free).
These boldly flavored Cumin Lamb Noodles are just as delicious as the restaurant version but low-carb, gluten-free, and keto-friendly... Ewe must try!😉
Rich, ground lamb is cooked with spices, onions, peppers, cabbage and chili oil before being combined with wide grain-free shirataki noodles. When you are craving comfort food but don't want to break your low-carb lifestyle, this dish hits the spot every time!

Cumin lamb noodles are meant to be spicy! It should be spicy enough to make your mouth water (in the best way possible) and have you immediately craving another chewy bite.

What are shirataki noodles?
If you're on a gluten-free, low-carb, or keto diet and craving some comforting noodles without the guilt, shirataki noodles (also known as konjac noodles) might just be your new best friend. These chewy wonders are made from konjac root, making them completely gluten-free, grain-free, and almost zero calories—yes, zero (seriously). Shirataki noodles soak up all the delicious flavors they’re cooked with, making them the perfect base for savory, flavorful dishes without the carb overload. Whether you're craving a classic noodle dish or a spicy stir-fry, these noodles deliver all the comfort you want without breaking your low-carb lifestyle.
NOTE: The wide shirataki noodles I used in this recipe and linked to on this page are gluten-free and grain-free. However, the vinegar packet included is not gluten-free since it contains malt vinegar. Toss it away or give it to someone you don't like (kidding... maybe).😉

Once the lamb is browned, add the rest of your veggies and cook until tender.

When the veggies are tender, create the sauce by adding the rest of the ingredients. Give the lamb sauce a taste and decide if you need to adjust any seasoning. Then, pour in the rinsed wide shirataki noodles and toss until everything is combined.

Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro. Grab a big fork and dig in!
