Creamy Dairy-free Avocado-Dill Sauce (gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, grain-free, AIP, vegan)
Made with just 8 ingredients, this Creamy Avocado-Dill Sauce is quick to make and packs a flavor punch that will ramp up whatever dish you pair it with into something sensational. Use it as a dip for fish sticks, a topping for salmon and veggies, or to make a tart and creamy slaw... or a chip dip as my husband keeps stealing it for! :)
No cooking or fancy cutting required! Simply add the ingredients to a small bowl, pulse a few times with an immersion blender, and enjoy! No immersion blender? A food processor or blender will do the trick, as well.
Perk up plain veggies in a snap!
It can be a challenge to make a creamy slaw when you are on the AIP-Elimination plan. Avocado and coconut yogurt fit the bill perfectly! Able to eat dairy? Go ahead and swap out the coconut yogurt for Greek yogurt.
