INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS


Part 1: Layer and Bake

  • 1 large slice of cabbage (per burger stack)

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2-3 onion slices

  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar


👉 Bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes until the cabbage starts to char and become tender.



Part 2: More Layering, More Baking

  • 1 tbsp tzatziki or spinach dip

  • 2 seasoned bison burger patties (salt, pepper, and your favorite rub)

  • 1 slice American cheese


👉 Spread tzatziki or spinach dip over the roasted cabbage.

👉 Top with a bison burger patty, add a slice of American cheese, then layer on the second bison burger patty.

👉 Return to the oven for about 10 minutes—do not overcook the bison!



Grand Finale: The Ultimate Toppings

  • 1 tbsp caramelized onion relish

  • 1 tbsp crumbled goat cheese

  • 1 fried egg

  • A hefty drizzle of sriracha


👉 Smear the top of the stack with caramelized onion relish and sprinkle on crumbled goat cheese.
